Terms of Service

We provide an AI photo-to-video generation service. You upload a photo, pick a template, and we render a short video for you to download and share. Rendering is billed in credits; every template displays its exact credit cost before generation.

You must provide a valid email, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 13 years old. You agree not to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or sexual content involving minors, and not to upload photos of people who have not consented to this use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your uploads solely to operate the service (rendering, thumbnails, downloads). See the privacy policy for biometric data terms.

Credits are consumed at generation time and are non-refundable except where required by law. Paid credits are billed through Stripe in advance. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

API keys and MCP access are provided for your own applications. You must keep keys secret, and you are responsible for all activity under your keys. We may rate-limit or revoke keys that are abused.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
